Wednesday, September 30th:
Arrival
The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo Airport
However, we recommend checking nearby airports and taking the train into Venice for potentially better pricing options.
Transportation into the city is typically by water taxi or vaporetto (water bus), which is very much part of the charm of arriving in Venice
We recommend arriving by Thursday or Friday to settle in and enjoy the city ahead of Saturday’s events
Thursday, October 1st:
Cicchetti & aperitivo bar crawl through Venice
Casual night to explore Venice and allow the night to unfold naturally. We’ll plan to meet at Al Timon at 5:00 PM to begin our journey through Venice’s cicchetti scene.
Friday, October 2nd:
Dinner at Francy’s

Intimate Dinner

A private table set for the ones who matter most. An unhurried dinner of fine cuisine and finer conversation, in a room steeped in the grandeur of the Orient Express.
Nightcap
The Wagon Bar, late
As the night deepens, we invite those who wish to linger to join us at the Wagon Bar, the hotel's art deco lounge, for a final nightcap - one last glass before Venice carries us all home by water.
